Head of Traineedagen
The position as Head of Traineedagen gives you the opportunity to develop your skills within project management, leadership and sales. As Head of Traineedagen you will be responsible for hosting the fair in November 2020 that every fifth-year student desires to attend because they are given the unique opportunity to connect with companies who offers Trainee positions. Your role is also to be the leader of the Traineedagen team who will work closely together for the next couple of months.
You will also be a part of Chalmers Studentkår Promotion and work strategically together with the CEO, the Vice Executive President and the rest of the management team where you will make decisions that will affect the future of the company.
Requirements
· You are currently enrolled as a student
· Fluent in Swedish
· You are aware of quality and service
· Team player
If you have previous experience in being a leader of a group, hosting events and fairs, and/or have worked within sales and customer services it will be seen as an extra merit.

My greatest memory is working together with my team, figuring out all the details of the fair, brainstorming clever ideas and to just hang out. To see how we become tighter as a team and as friends.
Working with projects outside of school is vastly different. The dynamics of the team work in a completely new way. I will take with me a self-awareness that I can overcome tough challenges, managerial experience and the courage to sell.

Wether you want to be an art director, a seller, a project planer or perhaps a project manager, I can promise you’ll be challenged and have a lot of fun in the process.
